A AREA_ATTACK attacks all mortals in a group, not just the tanker
B BACKSTAB changed to circle
C BASH annoying skill that reduces victim's skill and spell percent rolls by half
D BERSERK mob will randomly berserk in combat
E DISARM disarms even if not a fighter
F DODGE mob tries to avoid getting hit
G FADE mob fades out of existance, causing melee to miss that round
H FAST mob has a higher chance of an extra attack
I KICK umm... kick
J KICK_DIRT kick dirt in victim's eyes
K PARRY parry even if not a warrior
L RESCUE haven't actually tested this one
M TAIL Will attack you with its tail, works better for animal races
N TRIP like bash, negated by flying
O CRUSH powerful bash/life attack
P ASSIST_ALL assist all other mobs
Q ASSIST_ALIGN assist all mobs in same alignment range

NOTE:  Be aware that players may be immune to stuff at higher levels.  In fact, only slash/pierce/bash should be used for mobs above 301.  If they have a weapon that is not one of these types then they should second it (reset #19).

** Stats from this level on are boosted really high on purpose, they may have to be lowered later (better to go from hard to easy, than the other way around)

HP Adjustments

Because of the large amount of hps mobs have at higher levels, battles can get long and boring.  Therefore, hps may be reduced when certain ACT flags are used due to the increased damage the mobs do as a result.

Warrior (T) > level 320:  up to 35% less hps
Warrior (T) level 201 - 320:  up to 25% less hps
Warrior (T) level 102 - 200 up to 10% less hps
Champion (L) > level 320:  up to 40% less hps
Champion (L) level 201 - 320:  up to 30% less hps
Champion (L) level 102 - 200:  up to 20% less hps
Champion (L) level 20 - 101:  up to 10% less hps
Thief (S) > level 320:  up to 10% less hps
BattleMage (P) level 20 - 101:  up to 10% less hps
BattleMage (P) level 102 - 201:  up to 20% less hps
BattleMage (P) level 202 - 320:  up to 40% less hps
BattleMage (P) > level 320:  up to 40% less hps

Restrictions

Make sure mobs above 300 do not have damage types other than slice/bash/pierce ones (we have come up with alternative damage types that look like elemental types but do OTHER damage which players can't be immune to, they start with "o_").

If a mob is really buff for it's level or has a super sanc flag, it should have the IMM_CHARM flag.  

Please put the NO_QUEST flag on mobs that are really tough
